Not a great hatch percentage, but then we do not know what percentage was even fertile, so...
I love how new chicks swoon under the heat lamp... They close their eyes, sinking lower and lower to the ground and eventually lay flat out as if dead :) ...until another chick comes by and steps on their head or something. I am the same way out in the sun... until a kiddo (Or three or four) comes around tattling until I am forced to open my eyes ;)
