TURNS OUT....

...when your son is in a war zone you cannot think of much else.  Sorry lack of blogging, and a sorry lack of motivation in daily life.

It's true. But it does end. I know it doesn't seem like it, but this deployment will end! My daughter's year finally ended and her Welcome Home Ceremony was on Thanksgiving morning. IT'S OVER and SHE's HOME!!! And someday, soon, you'll be able to say the same thing.

Until then, I only have one word of encouragement.... PRAY!

Yes, it is hard. Our son was in Iraq and our son-in-law-to-be just got back from Afghanistan. But, life does go on and time does pass. I am so blessed by the stories of your family, and also your recent addition of your new sibling group. Praying for your family and son.
