I was going to post some pictures of Kat reading the Fellowship of the Ring to Thomas, Reuben and I, but have not taken the opportunity until now. I have been away this week, and apparently nothing big happened to blog about while I was gone, so now seems like a good time to get these pics up.
I was at Cragun's Resort and Gull Lake Spa with my cousin's wife. While the Spa itself left a lot to be desired (and a spa is so not me anyway), we did have some fabulous food while we were there: Gourmet Reuben sandwiches, deep fried walleye on a hoagie bun, chicken kiev.... and of course we snacked a big bunch and were basically stuffed to the absolute limit and then some by the end of the day. Nice to have nothing to do but sit around and eat and chat :)
