I've Known You A Year

BOO YAH!! I've known you a year, so here's a cupcake :)
Yesterday we celebrated the first time we met our "new kids." I passed cupcakes out to all the kids: "I've known you a year, here's a cupcake, I've known you a year, have a cupcake, I've known you all your life, here's a cupcake........" all the way through 12 kids.
The past couple weeks I have totally remembered my calling...not that I am that good at it... I LOVE being a mom. I love my kids... each and every single sweet, lovable, stinky, unlovable, naughty, thoughtful, messy, neat, helpful, slovenly, wonderful one of them. Even when they don't love me... yeah, even then. So go ahead and diss me you bunch of rowdy ne'er- do- wells, over-achievers, underachievers, rude and selfish little buggers. I'd do it all again, even knowing what I know now .... no question... I love my kids.
