his is my new washer! The old one gave up last week (sprung an oil leak in the sealed motor unit). John bought this one and it was delivered while I was gone on Friday. I knew it was exactly the same as the old washer, though a little different look... and WOW, when I saw it I thought it was so cool! It looks like the colors of the appliances from my Grandma's day! I half expected it to have a little asterisk/star on it! Then I realized... the lovely blue is but a peel off covering to keep the thing from getting marred. Nuts. I don't care, I am leaving it on there. I am sure we would only mar it anyway.
